COVID-19 ALERT LEVEL 1

We continue to support our Franklin community with all your Mower & Outdoor power equipment servicing, parts and new equipment needs and are relieved to be getting back to normal trading.

10th June 2020

As outlined by the Government, The Mower Shop is open at COVID-19 Level 1 to supply customers for their mower and outdoor power equipment servicing and repairs.

Business operation is pretty much back to normal, just with extra hand sanitiser.

We continue to do the following at The Mower Shop store and workshop:

1. All appropriate health, hygiene and safety measures are in place, our staff understand them, and are working to uphold them 
2. Areas used by multiple people in our retail space and workshop will be cleaned frequently
3. If you or any of our staff are feeling unwell, we recommend you stay at home and avoid spreading the germs

The Mower Shop continues to take our responsibilities and the health and safety of our staff, suppliers and customers seriously, and is committed to ensuring we do our part in eliminating COVID-19 in New Zealand.

Product Availability

• We have good stock holdings of most commonly purchased products required by our customers, and have stock arriving continuously. We expect to be able to complete most orders received in the coming weeks. 

• We are working closely with our suppliers to meet market demand and apologise for any inconvenience caused by stock unavailability issues.
